HATCHETT, Circuit Judge:

Appellant, Roy Lee Burke, appeals his conviction for conspiracy to harbor and harboring a federal fugitive, in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 371 (West 1966) and 18 U.S.C.A. § 1072 (West 1976). We affirm.
