Matthew Ranville (plaintiff) challenges the district court's award of worker's compensation benefits of 15% disability to the body as a whole. He bases his appeal on two issues: (1) Whether he should have been compensated for the loss of a scheduled member under NMSA 1978, Section 52-1-43(A); and (2) whether he should be compensated for the loss of his eye without regard to correction.
