The plaintiffs brought suit against the defendants, the owners of the realty on which the named plaintiff, a minor, had sustained injuries on May 23, 1971. After a trial by jury, a verdict was returned awarding $250,000 to the minor plaintiff.1 The defendants then filed a motion to set aside the verdict and to render judgment in their favor in accordance with their prior motion...
