This is an appeal by defendant-appellant Harlem Savings Bank1 ("Harlem") from a judgment in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida declaring that Harlem could not, without committing a breach of contract, cancel a mortgage servicing arrangement it had entered with plaintiff-appellee J.I.
