Following a jury trial, Alex Fox was convicted of first-degree sexual assault. Former AS 11.41.410(a)(1). Superior Court Judge Seaborn J. Buckalew, Jr., sentenced Fox to serve eight years in prison and suspended six and one-half years of the sentence. Fox appeals, contending that the superior court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence. Fox also contends that the court gave an improper supplemental instruction in response...
