MINZNER, Judge.

Plaintiff Josina Romero appeals from the district court's decision granting summary judgment to defendant Ole Tires, Inc. We affirm.

Romero filed a complaint for money damages on July 28, 1982, alleging negligence, carelessness, and recklessness against Jerry Mondragon as a result of an automobile accident on August 21, 1979. The complaint was filed some twenty-four days before the running of the applicable statute of limitations...
