Plaintiff Melanie Coleman appeals an order denying her petition to modify the property settlement provisions of her decree of divorce.

Plaintiff and defendant were married on June 5, 1975. Soon thereafter, defendant made a downpayment on a building lot using money he had earned prior to the marriage.
