This appeal stems from an action to collect an insurance premium. For several years, the plaintiff, Argonaut Insurance Companies, provided workmen's compensation insurance coverage to the defendant, Tri-West Construction Company. A dispute arose over the amount of premium due under the contract in 1977 and Argonaut brought suit. The district court held that Tri-West owed an additional premium of $5,009...
