Wayne McWilliams appeals his conviction under 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6) (making a false statement in acquisition of a firearm), under 18 U.S.C. § 922(h)(1) (receipt of a firearm by a convicted felon), and under 18 U.S.C. § 1510 (obstructing a criminal investigation). McWilliams raises a number of challenges to the conviction, including the contentions that he had ineffective assistance of counsel, that he suffered from vindictive prosecution...
