KILKENNY, Circuit Judge:

Appellant Smith appeals from his conviction under 26 U.S.C. § 7203 for willful failure to file a federal income tax return for the year 1980. We affirm.

Appellant filed his income tax forms for 1978, 1979, and 1980 by asserting his fifth amendment privilege against self-incrimination on most of the forms' lines and by attaching various taxation protest...
