Nancy Lee Miller, appellant, while a nurse at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, was enroute to work when she was sexually assaulted. Because she believed that assault to have occurred within the course of her employment, she filed a claim under the Workmen's Compensation Act. Md. Ann. Code Art. 101. The Workmen's Compensation Commission agreed with Ms. Miller and awarded her four weeks temporary total disability. The Circuit Court for Baltimore City...
