MORRISON, Justice.

First National Bank of Libby (Bank) initiated an action in the Nineteenth Judicial District to recover on a delinquent promissory note executed by the Twomblys. Twomblys counterclaimed for breach of duty of good faith. The jury verdict awarded Twomblys compensatory damages of $4,000.
