This is an antitrust action originally filed in 1977. On December 15, 1978, Judge Kennedy, this Court's predecessor, granted defendant's motion for summary judgment. The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit affirmed Judge Kennedy on all counts except for exclusive dealing claims under Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1, and Section 3 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 14.1...
