Petitioner, B.E.K., appeals the trial court's judgment denying his petition for adoption of his step-child, W.S.H., V, born to his present wife, D.A.K., and W.S.H., IV, the respondent father. In a previous opinion not selected for publication, we affirmed the trial court's ruling that the evidence would not support the finding of abandonment. We also remanded the case to the trial court for additional findings...
