MAIN, J.

Defendant pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree in full satisfaction of his indictment and admitted that he had violated his parole. As part of his plea agreement, defendant agreed to waive his right to appeal. Defendant now claims, among other contentions, that his general waiver of the right to appeal did not encompass his right to appeal from the denial of his suppression...
