This is an appeal from a district court order denying a motion for return of property that was filed under Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure ("rule 41(e)"). For the reasons set forth below, we find the order to be nonappealable, and we thus dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
