Plaintiffs have filed an eleven-count complaint alleging a variety of causes of action, including preferential and fraudulent transfers, conversion, fraud, interference with contractual relationships, breach of fiduciary duty, and defamation. Defendants have filed a six-count counterclaim, and demand a jury trial on all issues. Plaintiffs contend that defendants are not entitled to a jury trial....
