This is a suit by Datascope Corporation alleging infringement by SMEC, Inc., of claims 1 through 8, 18, 19, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26 and 27 of United States Letters Patent No. 4,261,339 ('339 patent) and claims 1 through 3 and 9 through 15 of United States Letters Patent No. 4,327,709 ('709 patent).
