Following a jury trial, Charles James Crabb was found guilty of possession of cocaine, methaqualone and methamphetamine without a valid prescription, I.C. § 37-2732(c)(1). He was sentenced to the Board of Correction for indeterminate terms not to exceed three years for each conviction, the sentences to run concurrently. He appeals from these convictions and sentences. In a separate trial before a magistrate, Crabb also was convicted of the misdemeanor...
