Following a jury trial, Charles James Crabb was found guilty of possession of cocaine, methaqualone and methamphetamine without a valid prescription, I.C. § 37-2732(c)(1). He was sentenced to the Board of Correction for indeterminate terms not to exceed three years for each conviction, the sentences to run concurrently. He appeals from these convictions and sentences.
