This death penalty case is before the Court on Arthur Jones' petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Petitioner was indicted for the murder of Hosea Waymon, and subsequently found guilty and sentenced to death by an Alabama State Court.
