PER CURIAM.
In this disciplinary proceeding, the Oregon State Bar charged the accused with violating two parts of the Code of Professional Responsibility. In its first cause of complaint, the Bar charged the accused with a violation of DR 1-102(A)(4) which prohibits a lawyer from engaging in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation.
