In this action, judgment was entered in October 1981 cancelling oil and gas leases held by defendant, Byron Oil Industries, Inc. (lessee), on approximately 324 acres of land in Adams County owned by plaintiff, North York Land Associates (lessor). Lessee appeals. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
