Movant-Appellant Gilberto Uresti (Uresti) timely appeals two orders of the District Court: (1) A denial of Uresti's motion to quash a grand jury subpoena duces tecum requiring the production of his campaign banking papers and records; and (2) A denial of Uresti's Fed.R.Crim.P. 41(e) motion1 for the return of the same papers and records later seized from his person pursuant to a search warrant.
