In this workers' compensation case the claimant suffered a compensable injury to his low back. The referee awarded him 60 percent unscheduled permanent partial disability. The Workers' Compensation Board decreased the award to 15 percent. The claimant appealed to the Court of Appeals 62 Or.App. 662, 662 P.2d 813 which affirmed without opinion.
