This appeal arises from an action brought by a multiemployer employee benefit fund and its trustees against an employer for delinquent contributions to the fund. The appeal presents questions involving appellate jurisdiction and the means of enforcing an employer's duty to contribute to such a fund, as well as a request for double costs and attorney's fees on appeal under Fed.R.App.P. 38.
