Samuel Jackson is an inmate at the Ellis Unit of the Texas Department of Corrections (TDC) and is a class member in this class action law suit which challenged conditions in the Texas prisons. He appeals from the district court's approval of a Stipulated Modification to the remedial decree entered by the district court. Holding that the inmates received adequate notice of the Stipulated Modification and that the district court did not abuse its discretion...
