This action involves a claim for benefits under the Pennsylvania No-fault Motor Vehicle Insurance Act.1 The issue is whether as a matter of law plaintiff's claim is barred by the two-year statute of limitations in section 106(c)(1) of the act. We have before us for decision defendant's motion for summary judgment.
