This case has been certified to this court from the District Court, second division, pursuant to G.L. 1956 (1969 Reenactment) § 9-24-27. The defendant, Daniel Williams, was arrested for drunk driving and submitted to a blood-alcohol examination conducted on a breathalyzer machine.
