Gregory Alan Mohr appeals his convictions on two counts of misapplication of bank funds in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 656 (1982) and one count of conspiracy in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 (1982). The case was tried to the court.1 A motion for acquittal was sustained on one additional count, and Mohr was found not guilty on three other counts.
