This is an appeal from a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (the Board) denying a motion to reopen and reconsider an order of deportation. Jurisdiction is invoked pursuant to the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 § 106(a)(2), amended by 8 U.S.C. § 1105a(a)(2) (1982).
