This is an appeal, under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g),1 from a judgment of the district court affirming the denial of Social Security survivor benefits. Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 402(d), Renee Walker, now known as Renee Taylor, filed an application for Surviving Child's Insurance Benefits2 on May 9, 1977.
