In this criminal appeal, we are asked to decide whether the admission of the confession of a non-testifying co-defendant violated the appellant's right under the Sixth Amendment to cross-examine the witnesses against him. We are also asked to determine the sufficiency of the evidence against the appellant. Because the admission of the confession violated the appellant's right of confrontation, we reverse his conviction on Count II and remand...
