This cause is before the court on the motion of defendant Consolidated Badger Cooperative, Inc. ("Consolidated"), pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6), to dismiss Counts I, II and IV of the complaint of plaintiff Starks Veal Company ("Veal").
