STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Paul Harrington appeals from the denial of his petition for post-conviction relief under Indiana Rules of Procedure, Post-Conviction Remedy Rule No. 1. We affirm.

FACTS

On October 24, 1975, Harrington, who was represented by counsel, pleaded guilty to exerting unauthorized control over a motor vehicle,1 and was sentenced to the Indiana State Farm for one (1) year
