PADGETT, Justice.

Appellants Gene Albano and Rose Albano, along with others, were indicted for alleged election fraud in connection with the 1982 elections. Appellants moved to dismiss the indictment, claiming that the statutory provisions under which they were indicted were unconstitutionally vague and that the indictment failed sufficiently to charge a crime. The court below denied their motion but allowed them an interlocutory appeal. We affirm in part, reverse...
