The Continental Web Press, a commercial printer, asks us to set aside an order by the National Labor Relations Board, and the Board asks us to enforce it. The Board found that Continental had committed an unfair labor practice by refusing to bargain with a union that had won an election to represent the company's pressmen, and the Board ordered Continental to bargain.
