OPINION BY PRESIDENT JUDGE CRUMLISH, JR., March 20, 1984:

Joseph Finney appeals an Unemployment Compensation Board of Review order dismissing his appeal nunc pro tunc. We affirm.

Finney was denied benefits1 by the Office of Employment Security on February 24, 1981. He filed his appeal on March 24, 1981, well after the fifteen-day appeal period had expired. The referee found the appeal was timely filed and awarded benefits. The...
