Jean Claude Crescionne, Sr., was a Louisiana State Police Trooper when he was killed in the line of duty on April 20, 1982. Prior to his death, Crescionne had been married three times. His first marriage was to Sheila B. Crescionne, who has filed this action as tutrix for and on behalf of her two minor children born of this marriage before it ended in divorce.
