CRAIN, Judge.

This is an appeal by defendant of his conviction and sentence for armed robbery.

Defendant, Oris Johnson, Jr., was charged by bill of information with having committed armed robbery in violation of La.R.S. 14:64. After pleading not guilty, defendant was tried by a jury and found guilty as charged. The trial judge sentenced defendant to ten (10) years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence. Defendant now appeals...
