This is an action for personal injury arising out of a motor vehicle accident on December 28, 1980, in which Steven Parker sustained injuries. On or about November 24, 1982, an action was filed against defendants, mistakenly naming Alfred Parker, Steven's father, as plaintiff instead of Steven Parker. The suit was not brought in a representative capacity. Defendants filed an answer denying that Alfred Parker was involved in the accident in question...
