The village of Glendale Heights for the use of Travelers Insurance Company appeals from an order of the trial court adjudicating its right to reimbursement under section 5(b) of the Illinois Workmen's Compensation Act1 (the Act) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 48, par. 138.5(b)) for benefits paid and to be paid under the Act.
