Plaintiff appeals from a final order of the circuit court which dismissed his complaint with prejudice on defendants' motion pursuant to section 2-619 of the Code of Civil Procedure (Ill. Rev. The complaint alleged that plaintiff had been discharged from his employment as a dock worker with the corporate defendant in retaliation for his filing of workers...
