For the reasons assigned in the matter entitled Cupp v. Federated Rural Electric Insurance Co., 459 So.2d 1337 (La.App. 3d Cir.1984), this case is Reversed and Remanded, and the defendant-appellee is assessed with the cost of this appeal.
