This appeal arises out of a suit for usury brought by plaintiff-appellants, Albert J. Huddleston, and his wife, Aurelia S. Huddleston, Robert D. Martinez and his wife, Mardel W. Martinez and Jacques E. Lauer, and his wife, Alva N. Lauer (hereinafter Huddleston) against defendant-appellee, Bossier Bank and Trust Company (hereinafter Bossier) for the return of certain payments, (interest and non-interest) made in connection with a loan for $825,000.00...
