This is an appeal of an award of attorney's fees from a default judgment in the San Juan County District Court. The plaintiff, Xorbox, a Division of Green & Kellogg, Inc. (Xorbox) originally filed suit in New York against Naturita Supply Co., Inc. (Naturita) for recovery upon a promissory note and personal guarantee.
