This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of Mobile County, granting the husband's petition to discontinue alimony payments.

The husband and wife were divorced on July 24, 1980. The wife was awarded $50 monthly alimony to be paid from the husband's social security, such payments to terminate when the wife began drawing her social security benefits.
