YOUNG, Judge.

Father, Bion Chapin, and mother, Mary Ann Chapin, separately appeal from an order terminating parental rights. We affirm the termination of father's rights1 and reverse the termination of mother's rights.2

ORS 419.523(2) provides in part:

"The rights of the parent or parents may be terminated as provided in subsection (1) of this section if the court finds that the parent or parents...
