This is a suit for damages for personal injuries received by plaintiff, Gwendolyn Varnado, when her car was hit by the car driven by defendant, Malcolm Orillion. Mr. Varnado was also a party plaintiff. The trial court judgment found the plaintiff 20% at fault, the defendants (Orillion and his insurer) 20% at fault, and an unknown driver of a third car to be 60% at fault.
