THIS CAUSE came before the Court for a non-jury trial of the above-styled action of June 7, 1984. By Order of this Court dated March 29, 1984, this cause was consolidated with Case Number 84-0103 CIV-LCN. Immediately prior to trial, the claim of the purported owner to the vessel was withdrawn, and a default judgment was entered in favor of the United States in Case Number 84-0103 CIV-LCN. The...
