This action for worker's compensation benefits was brought by Cathy Holland against her former employer, T.G. & Y. Stores Company. The trial court determined that Mrs. Holland was totally and permanently disabled within the meaning of LSA-R.S. 23:1221(2)1 and the odd lot doctrine. Mrs. Holland was awarded reinstatement of weekly benefits of $72.33 from December 4, 1982, the date benefits had been terminated by T.G. ...
